Do you provide them with the support, motivation and training that’s essential to keep their spirits and the skills at the top of their game? Remember to acknowledge their wins, encourage them during challenges and enroll them in your vision.
(3) For Entrepreneurs: It may be time to fire your boss (yes, that’s you!) Does your boss hold you accountable to the goals you’ve set, the number of contacts and follow up calls you’ve promised to make? Have you actually set your goals, written them down and created a realistic action plan to achieve them? Have you put that action plan into action? It’s time for your new boss (yes, that’s you again) to provide you the best systems and structure for success. Make time today to get clear on your goals, create the action plan and then as Nike says “Just Do It!” To ensure your success in “Just Do It” (which is much easier said than done), find a mastermind group or accountability partner that will support you in sticking with your new system.
