The leaves will soon be changing, the weather getting cooler and before you know it we’ll be eating turkey with all the trimmings and heading into the hustle and bustle of the holiday season. (Sorry, I didn’t mean to freak you out.)

Yes, it’s the final quarter of 2011 and now is the time to ensure that you’ve got a winning game plan to finish the year and achieve the goals you set in January. DON’T PANIC — remember most games are actually won in the 4^th quarter. So whether you’re perfectly on track to hit your goals or things didn’t go exactly as you hoped, you can still win the game as long as you now create a WINNING STRATEGY!

Create Your Winning Strategy Today With this Fall Check Up:

1. Revisit your WRITTEN goals. Haven’t written them down? Do it now. This is a MUST if you want to achieve them.

2. Write each goal on a separate piece of paper and then list all the action steps it will require to achieve the goal. Don’t get stuck in the “how am I going to make that happen” – just list as many things as possible that you know will move you closer to the goal.

3. Prioritize the action steps. Which ones can you easily do without another’s assistance? Which ones do you know someone that will be able to help you? Which ones do you need to mastermind with others or speak to a business professional?

If you REALLY want to reach your goal, believe it’s possible. Focus on it every day in thought and action and marvel as the world conspires to support you in achieving it!
