Often times, business owners begin with one target market in mind and later discover that they are, in fact, serving a different segment of the market. Take the time this week to review your existing client base and create a Client Profile. Some of the most important things to consider: age range, sex (male or female), hobbies, marital status, children, what other services may they be using, income range, business size.
